WHO is this trip for?

This trip is designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners who have never rock climbed before to experienced climbers who need a local guide for the day. We take out families, groups, couples, and adventure seekers of all ages, young or seasoned. As guide Blane likes to say," If you can climb a ladder, you can rock climb."

WHAT does this trip include?

This trip will consist of top-rope climbing, which means the rope is already running to the top of the wall for you. Top-rope climbing eliminates many risks making it a great option for a fun and rewarding day of climbing. This trip includes all the necessary equipment for rock climbing along with an AMGA certified guide who will set up and show you the ropes. We will teach you how to tie the figure 8 follow-through knot and proper top-rope belay technique for those 12 years and older and wanting to learn.

WHEN can I schedule a trip?

You can schedule this trip from 8:00 am - 4:00pm. See booking calender. Walk-in appointments are based on availability.

WHERE does this trip take place?

This trip starts at our Outpost inside Mather Lodge and ends at the Seven Hollows Trailhead. There are two climbing zones where climbing is allowed at the park. We will recommend which zone to go to based on skill level and goals for the day.

NOTE: Before you can start your trip we need to meet you at our Outpost inside Mather Lodge (just inside the breezeway) to sign the park waiver, get wristbands, and get fitted for all your climbing equipment.
