Located in central California's San Benito County, Paicines Ranch is a historic 7,600-acre ranch that works to regenerate ecosystems by growing healthy soil, nutrient-dense food and vibrant, diverse communities. Using the practices of regenerative agriculture, we manage this diverse landscape in partnership with nature and livestock to produce 100% grass-fed-and-finished lamb and beef, pastured pork, and turkey. We have a 25-acre organic vineyard with a raised trellis system designed to be "managed" by our sheep flock - they graze in the vineyard multiple times a year and assist us with pruning and nutrient cycling to maximize the health of our vines. In addition to our pastured meat program and regenerative vineyard, we also have an event center where we host weddings, corporate retreats, and individual guest stays. We have a commercial kitchen and dining hall onsite, the Overlook, where every meal is a true farm-to-table experience complete with scenic views. And speaking of experiences, we would love for you to join us for one (or more) of our unique ranch experiences. Whether you want to have an experience with animals, enjoy our locally produced food, or learn about regenerative viticulture and agriculture, we have something for everyone!
