Each August, the sheltered waters of the Ludington Harbor become center stage for one of the most exciting salmon fisheries in Michigan. As the water begins to cool, mature king salmon flock to the harbor and nearby Pere Marquette Lake to begin their annual run up the Pere Marquette River. These feisty fish don’t go down easily, often ripping out hundreds of feet of line in a relentless battle to escape the net.

Our custom 18’ Lund Pro V is perfectly suited for the tight confines of the Ludington Harbor and the calm, protected waters of Pere Marquette Lake. Even anglers prone to seasickness can enjoy the thrill of landing a king salmon, safely tucked away from the turbulent waters of Lake Michigan. Our boat’s compact size offers exceptional maneuverability, keeping us in the heart of the action while requiring minimal gear—making it easier and more efficient to hook and land these powerful fish.

Join Captain Bryan for an engaging, hands-on fishing experience where anglers of all skill levels are welcome. In our small-group setting, you’ll find yourself in the midst of the action—setting lines, hooking fish, and bringing them to the net yourself—while learning tips and techniques from an experienced guide. Every client plays an essential role in the success of the trip, making it a truly immersive and memorable experience on the water.

Two anglers are ideal, but we can snugly accommodate as many as four. Morning and evening trips are available for your convenience. Exciting, action-packed, and budget-friendly—this is salmon fishing the way it was meant to be.
