Some of the most sought after Adirondack climbs lie deep in the High Peaks. Routes such as "The Diagonal" on Wallface or "Gothic Arch" on Gothic mountain involve early starts, many pitches of climbing and late returns to the car. Other possibilities include classic scrambling and mountaineering routes like the Trap Dike on Mt. Colden.
These objectives average 10-14 hours in duration, though conditions and pacing can affect this. The meeting time and location will be determined by the guide and communicated prior to the day.
