Moab has a variety of climbing areas, some with crack climbing and some with sport climbing, but all are top notch! The red sandstone has a variety of layers that create unique features, and one area can climb very differently than another!
What to expect: We will spend half of our day at one crag, then take a short break to eat a lunch, followed by another climbing area.
With a full day of climbing, our guide can really dive into the instruction, customizing it to meet you where you are at, and providing lots of concise advice when it comes to movement and foot placement, as well as mental coaching to help you overcome fear and hesitation. Technical skills will be covered as well, such as belaying and lead belaying, lowering your climbing partner, and if you have some climbing experience we can go over cleaning anchors, and even lead climbing.
Duration: This is a typically full day excursion, meaning 8 hours town to town.

Cancellations made 72 hours or less from booking will not receive a refund. When we receive a booking, we block that part of our schedule to other clients, sometimes turning others away, and unfortunately 3 days is not enough time to fill those spaces. This includes refunds related to a change of activities or number of participants. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellations made between 3-14 days of the reservations date will receive a refund minus 30% of the total trip cost in order to cover our payment processing fees and administrative labor.
Cancellations made over 2 weeks from reservation date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations due to adverse weather will receive a full refund–however only Elevate Outdoors can cancel a trip due to weather. If a customer cancels due to their own feelings about the weather, the above policies apply. Elevate Outdoors will never risk client safety and care in order to make a trip happen, but we do reserve the right to make the final call when it comes to adverse weather such as wind, rain or snow. Elevate Outdoors reserves the right to cancel an itinerary at any point. If we cancel we will provide a full refund and do our best to connect our clients with another guide service that provides a similar service.
