SPI Course Preparation

Location

Anacortes, Washington

Group Size

4 people per guide

Duration

8 hours

Get exposure to skills needed to guide, teach and mentor novice climbers, manage the crag, and basic rescue techniques in preparation for an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor Course.

This full day offering gives you time and space alongside queer, AMGA certified instructors and peers to work through course content, build confidence in skills, and hopefully meet others at a similar level to you for continued practice or even future course registration.

Learning Outcomes

Courses are kept at a small ratio, and the curriculum is designed by our guides for each cohort - based on the feedback and desired outcomes of each individual. This day will be customized to set you up for success!
