Australia's highest peak sits at 2,228 metres. Getting there on ski touring gear or a splitboard, then riding down from the top, is a different experience entirely.

The Summit and Ski Mt Kosciuszko tour ascends to the summit via skin track, with panoramic views of Australia's highest peaks spread out around you. From the top, K7 will guide you to the best lines available on the day: the NE Face, the South Face, or both. The return route through Seamans Hut or the Ramshead Range adds another layer to what is already a full and memorable day.

Along the way, your guide covers the fundamentals of safe and efficient backcountry travel, making this tour a genuine option for those new to the backcountry as well as returning adventurers.

Upper-intermediate skiing or boarding ability is required. You need to be comfortable linking turns on variable snow conditions. No prior backcountry experience necessary. We can help you source rental equipment and answer any questions before the day.
