What does your rental look like?
We only rent from our location on the river (1000 Hobbs Island Road Hsv, AL 35803) conveniently located about 20 mins from downtown Huntsville. There's a dock on site where we help you get on the water and give you directions on where to paddle. There's a small lighthouse about a mile up river, most people paddle up to it and float back it takes about 2 hours at an easy pace.

Wear fitness clothes or swimsuit (most people swim). Some people bring a water bottle with them, most of our boards have an elastic strap you can put your water bottle under. This was my first time paddle boarding. I was surprised how easy it was. The guy gave us a few pointers and we were off. In 90 minutes of paddle boarding, most of it standing up, I didn't fall off once. Standing that long was a little hard on my bare feet so I took a couple of breaks to sit and cool my feet in the water. Next time I might consider so appropriate, comfortable footwear. Other than that everything was excellent.

I brought six friends for my bachelorette trip and we had a blast! The people were very friendly and helpful. They offered to take pictures of us and showed us how to paddle board. We went up the river, passed a rope swing, to a light house. Then we just drifted back down and enjoyed the nature. At the end, the people carried our boards for us and gave us free T-shirts! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

My daughter's 16th birthday was a great success because of Forrest! He made booking easy, was ready and waiting when we arrived and I felt very comfortable setting 8 teenagers out on the water. The kids had the best time and can't wait to do it again.
