Nate’s Rogue Adventures payment and cancellation policies:
50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Minimum 4 passengers for any booking of day raft trips.
Minimum 2 guests for day fishing trips
Deposits are non-refundable(we recommend travel insurance)
In the event there is an unforeseen situation that closes the river access by the governing agencies we will defer your deposit for up to one year from the date the deposit was received.
In the very rare circumstance there is an evacuation on a trip you are on, and our safety standards dictate that the trip has to be cut short there will be no refunds. We may take consideration and offer a credit on a trip in the future. This will be the only compensation available to you as our clients safety is our primary concern.
Drugs and alcohol are not permitted on the water in any capacity per our insurance as well the the governing agencies
What you can expect from us:
2023 Covid Policies
We ask that you do not join one of our trips if you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold or flu. If you have been in contact with someone who you know has had these symptoms, and or you know to have contracted covid.
We sanitize all communal surfaces that are touched by the guests using our vehicles and equipment after each trip to ensure we make all required sanitation practices mandated by the WHO.
If you are concerned at all about your immunity we strongly encourage you to wait until you are confident that YOU are comfortable exposing yourself to public contact.
