This two day workshop is designed to give people an intensive experience to broaden their on-water kayak skills and make them a safer paddler. We will work on building efficient strokes, kayak maneuvering along with group rescues. Basic kayaking safety gear, paddling gear, and handling your kayak will be covered. You will be assessed for L1 Skills and then, if passed, for Paddlesport Safety Facilitator (PSF) certification.
NOTE: If you are registering for both sessions, please register for the PSF & CPL option.
Please come prepared with lunch, drinking water and appropriate clothing for immersion: quick dry layers (no cotton), a wetsuit if you have it and any kayaking gear of your own. Meet up by 8:30 am at location to be determined.
