What are the best Black Hills Tours? The Black Hills private and guided Tours are the most memorable and in-depth of the area. Our Mount Rushmore tours include more than monuments. 

Some of the animals seen in our experience are Bison (Buffalo), Pronghorn, Antelope, Prairie Dogs, Bighorn Sheep, Burros, and various birds!

On our Mt Rushmore Tours (generally our first stop), we accompany you the entire way, providing info on its creation and meaning. First, we spend time here on the Grand Overlook and the Visitors Center.

Then, if you're up for it, take a short hike on the Presidential Trail Mt Rushmore for some incredible views. Leaving the Memorial, we enjoy beautiful vistas of Iron Mountain Road and then Custer State Park.

The Custer State Park Tours we offer are like no other. First, we venture off into the wildlife loop road to see the animals and hear the stories of the Black Hills History. Custer State Park comprises 71,000 acres of the Black Hills and is full of granite peaks, wildlife, and adventure. ​

Once you've taken in all the beauty Custer State Park has to offer, we enjoy a picnic lunch and then onto needle's eye tunnel. Said to be impossible to build, Needles Highway takes us directly through the Needle's Eye tunnel and Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park. 

Long before settlers came through this area, this was and still is the land of the Lakota. The Black Hills are incredibly sacred to the Lakota. Crazy Horse Memorial and the indigenous peoples of this land work hard to keep the stories and traditions alive.

The Memorial is unfinished, but you'll learn about the progression of the monument and the family and workers involved in its creation. In comparison, Mount Rushmore National Memorial will fit inside Crazy Horses' Head!
