Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations made in advance 6 days or earlier receive 100% refund, 5 to 3 days in advance 50% refund. No refunds or reschedules for cancellations made later than 2 days prior to tour. (Health issues are exempt from cancellation policy)
Our precautions for COVID-19
What you can expect from us:
We understand and are sympathetic to guests who are concerned about the contagious nature of covid-19. Please, if you feel your health may be compromised wait a little while longer. The Lighthouse and Space programs are not going anywhere. They will be here for “infinity and beyond!”
Physical distancing of 6ft is not possible in the coach seats. Feel free to wear masks per your comfort while riding in the air-conditioned coach. Our tour guides will not be wearing a mask as it limits the ability to present verbal information during the tour. Hand sanitizer and masks are available.
We are offering option of private group tours for those who would like to keep distanced from others.
Our Lighthouse & Spaceflight tour will have additional restrictions as requested by the Lighthouse Foundation and Air Space Command. While touring the Lighthouse and museum, mandatory masks worn while indoors at all facilities on the station. While outdoors observe social distancing of 6ft. We will update new restrictions as we receive them.
The Exploration Tower is currently running on limited hours and the museum is not open to the public. The gift store and observation deck are open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays from 10 to 5. There is currently no charge to go to the observation deck.
