You'll spend the beginning of your day dialing in the fundamentals: tool handling, foot placement, breathing, hip position, and movement technique. The athletes will walk you through how they approach a route mentally and physically in order to climb their best. Then, the real fun begins! Test your mettle on drytooling routes in the Ouray Ice Park.
