Take this knowledge all over the world; from the Red River Gorge in Kentucky to the limestone cliffs of Mallorca in Spain and everywhere in between.

 

This course focuses on key safety concepts for leading a sport climb on rock and how to belay a leader.

 

We practice topics including proper lead belay techniques, managing the rope as a belayer and climber, placing protection while on lead, and cleaning your gear at the end of the climb.

 

This course is offered at Clear Creek Canyon and North Table Mountain. Both locations are wonderful options in Golden, Colorado, offering their own venue styles.

Also a great course for someone leading in the gym but not outdoors.
