Spotting a grizzly bear strolling along the misty banks of the Yellowstone in the silence of first light. Hearing the haunting sound of wolves sounding off in unison. Witnessing the primeval spectacle of the bison rut. Unique wildlife experiences are why we love Yellowstone. This tour is designed to exclusively focus on the best wildlife regions on the East side of the park. The freedom that we gain by concentrating on one region of the park allows us time to include longer hikes (1 to 4+ miles) into Yellowstone’s wildlands, spend more time at wildlife sightings, or you can also include the “American Serengeti” of Yellowstone’s Northern Range. Have complete freedom to choose your own wildlife adventure on Yellowstone’s roads and backcountry trails while maximizing your likelihood of having an amazing wildlife experience on the Wildlife & Wildland Focus tour.
This trip includes transportation (including pick-up and drop-off at your accommodations in Jackson), guide, lunch and hearty snacks, and binoculars/spotting scope.
Add American Serengeti for an additional $200, regardless of trip size.
This does not include guide gratuity (recommended 15-25%).

What to bring
We recommend wearing clothes that are comfortable for getting in and out of the vehicle and for hikes. The weather can change rapidly in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, so we recommend bringing several layers, including a light rain coat.
If you need any gear for your tour or your trip to Jackson, we recommend visiting our friends at JD High Country Outfitters in the Town Square - your one stop shop for the great outdoors!
